We at Radhe Kurti follow a customer-friendly policy to ensure your shopping experience is smooth, stress-free, and fully supported. We are always here to help, before and after your purchase. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.
Easy Size Exchange (India Only)
We offer easy doorstep size exchanges for eligible products.
How to Request a Size Exchange
- Raise a size exchange request within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Email us at radhekurti@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The new size you need
- Our team will process your request and arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a size exchange, the item must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Intact and unused
- With all original tags and packaging
Size Exchange Charges
A logistics fee of ₹100 per outfit will be charged for:
- Reverse pickup
- Re-dispatch of the exchanged product
Not Eligible for Size Exchange
- Items on SALE
- International orders

Before You Purchase
We encourage you to ask any and all questions before confirming your order, fabric details, design, measurements, colour, or anything else you need.
You can contact us anytime via Email, Instagram, or WhatsApp. Our team is always happy to assist.
When Exchanges Are NOT Accepted

Colour Difference Claims
- A slight colour variation of 10-15% may occur due to lighting and screen settings. Exchange/return is not accepted for this reason.

Material or Colour Preference
- If you simply do not like the fabric or colour after receiving the product, an exchange/return will not be accepted.
- We use premium materials, and all product details are clearly mentioned on the product page. Please review them before purchasing.

Change of Mind
- Exchanges/returns are not accepted for any change of mind after placing the order.
Exchange Due to Size Issues
Please check the size chart on every product page before ordering.
If you are unsure of your size, we are happy to guide you.
If you still face size issues after receiving the product:
- Email us within 2 days of delivery at contact.radhekurti@gmail.com
- Include your order number and a clear description of the size issue
Important:
- Exchange approval depends on availability of your size at that time.
- An additional charge of ₹100 per item applies for logistics (reverse pickup + re-shipping).
- No size exchange will be offered for SALE items.
Exchange Due to Damaged/Incorrect Products
Although rare, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will happily assist with an exchange.
Steps to Follow:
- Email us at contact.radhekurti@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.
- Attach:
- A proper order opening video (mandatory for verification)
- Clear images of the product
- Order number
- Our team will verify your request and notify you of approval or rejection (along with justification).
- If approved:
- We will arrange a reverse pickup.
- A replacement of the same product will be sent, if in stock.
- If not available, we will issue store credit valid for 30 days.
International Orders
All international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
