Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once the product has been shipped, cancellation cannot be processed through our website.
Return Policy
- Return/Exchange is available only for selected products. The return eligibility for each product is clearly mentioned on its product page. Return policies may be updated without prior notice.
- If pickup service is not available at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our office address.
- Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the situation.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are accepted only in the following cases:
- Quality mismatch
- Incorrect size, colour, or design
- Missing item(s) in a combo
- Wrong or damaged product delivered
- Once the returned product is picked up and verified, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Important Notes for Returns
- Items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
- Products must have original packaging, labels, and tags. Items without tags will not be accepted.
- Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return/Exchange requests must be raised within the specified return period mentioned on the product page. Requests made after the return window will not be accepted.
