Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  2. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation cannot be processed through our website.

 

Return Policy

  1. Return/Exchange is available only for selected products. The return eligibility for each product is clearly mentioned on its product page. Return policies may be updated without prior notice.
  2. If pickup service is not available at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our office address.
  3. Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the situation.

 

Refund Policy

  1. Refunds are accepted only in the following cases:
    • Quality mismatch
    • Incorrect size, colour, or design
    • Missing item(s) in a combo
    • Wrong or damaged product delivered
  2. Once the returned product is picked up and verified, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

 

Important Notes for Returns

  • Items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • Products must have original packaging, labels, and tags. Items without tags will not be accepted.
  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return/Exchange requests must be raised within the specified return period mentioned on the product page. Requests made after the return window will not be accepted.
